摘要:
目的通过关联规则挖掘技术分析现代小柴胡汤医案，探索有关小柴胡汤医案基本信息特点以及方与证之间的关联关系。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台（WANFANG DATA）、维普数据库（VIP）1979—1998年期刊中小柴胡汤医案和现代图书中小柴胡汤医案，并对入选医案进行信息提取、规范化处理，建立Excel表，应用开源软件包R3.5.3分析数据。 结果共收集医案600份，男女构成比为1∶1.5；主要发病年龄为21～50岁；发病季节以春季为主；疗程主要在2周内；病因以旧疾为最；主治疾病较为广泛，以发热为主；舌苔以红舌、薄苔为主；症状体征以口苦、食欲减退为主；常见证候组合为“口苦，弦脉”“薄苔，弦脉”“食欲减退，弦脉”“白苔，弦脉”；“恶寒，弦脉-发热”“恶寒-发热”具有强关联性。 结论运用关联规则挖掘技术进行频数和关联分析，能较全面发现现代小柴胡汤的临床运用及方证特点，为临床辨证施治提供参考。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the characteristics of basic information, and the relationship between prescription and syndrome by analyzing modern medical cases of Xiaochaihu decoction through using association rule mining technology. MethodsMedical cases of Xiaochaihu decoction in journals from 1979 to 1998 and modern books were searched from CNKI, WANFANG DATA and VIP, the information of retrieved medical cases was extracted and normalized to establish Excel table, the data was analyzed by using open source software R3.5.3. ResultsA total of 600 medical cases are collected, the ratio of male to female is 1:1.5; the main onset age is between 21 and 50 years; the disease mainly attacks in the spring; the course of the treatment is within two weeks; the cause is the former affliction; the indications are wider, fever as the main symptom; tongue coating is red tongue and thin coating mainly; the symptoms and body signs are bitter mouth, decreased appetite; the common syndrome combinations are “bitter mouth and stringy pulse” “thin tongue, stringy pulse” “decreased appetite and stringy pulse” “white tongue and stringy pulse”; “aversion to cold, stringy pulse-fever” and “aversion to cold-fever” show strong correlation. ConclusionPerforming frequency and association analysis by using association rules mining technology could entirely discover clinical application and the characteristics of prescription-syndrome of modern Xiaochaihu decoction, which could provide certain reference for syndrome differentiation and treatment in clinic.
