摘要:
从传统食养的提出背景和特点出发,辨析传统食养与现代食养和营养科学的关系,并结合现代营养和食品研究视角阐明其在临床、膳食、食品和食育的健康意义,探讨传统食养的研究发展的切入点和思路。
Abstract:
Starting from the background and characteristics of traditional dietotherapy, the relationship between traditional dietotherapy, modern dietotherapy and nutrition was analyzed, combined with the perspective of modern nutrition and food research, to illustrate its significance to clinic, diet, food and food education, and explore the breakthrough and the thinking of research development of traditional dietotherapy.
