摘要:
目的探讨针刺对腰椎间盘突出症（lumbar disc herniation，LDH）患者下肢运动功能障碍及感觉功能的影响。 方法将LDH患者110例根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组各55例，对照组予腰部牵引+药物等常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合针刺治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分（visual analog scale，VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（Oswestry disability index，ODI）、血流动力学、下肢运动功能及感觉功能情况。 结果观察组总有效率为90.91%，高于对照组的74.54%（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组VAS及ODI评分均下降（P＜0.05），观察组下降程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组血流动力学均改善，观察组改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，两组治疗后直腿抬高角度增大（P＜0.05），观察组直腿抬高角度优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者浅感觉、深感觉、复合感觉改善（P＜0.05），观察组改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论针刺能够有效提高LDH患者临床疗效，减轻患者痛苦，增加血流量，有利于下肢运动功能障碍及感觉功能的恢复。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of acupuncture on lower limb motor dysfunction and sensory function in patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH). MethodsAll 110 LDH patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different therapeutic methods, with 55 cases in each group, the control group was treated by conventional therapy including lumbar traction+medicine, and the observation group accepted acupuncture based on the therapy the control group accepted, to compare clinical effects, VAS scores, ODI, hemodynamics, lower limb motor function and sensory function between both groups before and after treatment. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 90.91%, higher than 74.54% of the control group (P<0.05); VAS and ODI scores of both groups lowered after treatment (P<0.05); the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group (P<0.05); the hemodynamics of both groups were improved after treating, the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); compared with before treating, the angle of straight leg raising enlarged in both groups after treating (P<0.05), the observation group was superior to the control group in the angle of straight leg raising (P<0.05); after the treatment, shallow sensation, deep sensation and compound sensation of both groups were improved (P<0.05); the improvement of the observation group was superior to that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupuncture could effectively raise clinical effects of LDH patients, relieve the pain, increase blood flow, and it could boost the recovery of lower limb motor dysfunction and sensory function.
