摘要:
目的观察中药口服、塌渍联合西药治疗布鲁氏菌病的临床疗效。 方法将布鲁氏菌病患者84例按就诊顺序均分为两组各42例。对照组应用常规西医疗法，研究组在对照组基础上结合中药口服、塌渍疗法。评价两组患者临床疗效、关节疼痛情况、血清学细胞变化及复发情况。 结果研究组患者总有效率为95.24%，高于对照组的80.95%（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组患者关节疼痛积分明显降低（P＜0.05）；治疗后研究组患者血清学指标均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；随访6个月，研究组复发率为2.38%，低于对照组的11.90%（P＜0.05）。 结论应用中药口服、塌渍联合西药可有效缓解布鲁氏菌病患者关节疼痛，减轻炎症反应，降低复发风险。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of oral administration of herbs, hot compressing with herbs and Western medicine in treating Brucellosis. MethodsAll 84 patients were allocated to two groups according to the visiting order. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the study group with oral administration of herbs and hot compressing with herbs. To assess clinical effects, joint pain conditions, serological cell changes and the relapse conditions between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the study group was 95.24%, higher than 80.95% of the control group (P<0.05); compared with the control group, joint pain scores of the study group lowered notably (P<0.05); the study group was superior to the control group in serological indexes (P<0.05); The relapse rate of the study group was 2.38%, lower than 11.90% of the control group when they were followed up for six months (P<0.05). ConclusionOral administration of herbs, hot compressing with herbs and Western medicine could effectively relieve joint pain in Brucellosis patients, alleviate inflammatory reaction and lower recurrent risk.
