摘要:
目的观察日记式心理教育干预对双相情感障碍(抑郁相)患者正负性情绪及生活质量的影响。 方法选取80例双相情感障碍(抑郁相)患者,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组均应用喹硫平治疗,对照组在此基础上采取精神科常规健康教育干预,观察组在对照组基础上采取日记式心理教育干预。于干预前及干预4周后,应用正负性情绪量表评估患者情绪状况,应用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(selfrating depression scale,SDS)、简易精神状态评价量表(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)评估患者心理状况,应用生命质量评估量表(SF-36)评定患者生活质量状况。 结果干预后,两组患者正性情绪评分明显上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);负性情绪评分明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组负性情绪发生率明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SDS、SAS评分明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);MMSE评分明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组SF-36评分均明显上升(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论日记式心理教育干预对双相情感障碍患者具有显著的临床护理效果,可以有效缓解患者抑郁状况,改善负性情绪,提高生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of diary psychological education intervention on positive and negative emotion, quality of life in patients with bipolar affective disorder (depression phase). MethodsEighty patients were chosen, allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by quetiapine, the control group adopted conventional health education intervention of psychiatric department, and the observation group diary psychological education intervention based on conventional health education. Before the intervention and after four weeks of intervention, positive and negative affect schedule (PANAS) was applied to assess the patients′ emotional state, SAS, SDS and MMSE were used to evaluate the patients′ psychological state, SF-36 was used to assess the patients′ quality of life. ResultsAfter the intervention, the patients′ positive emotion scores in both groups increased notably, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); negative emotion scores decreased significantly, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, the incidence of negative emotion reduced remarkably in both groups (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, SDS and SAS scores decreased notably in both groups (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); MMSE scores raised apparently (P<0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05); after the intervention, SF-36 scores in both groups ascended remarkably (P<0.05), and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionDiary psychological education intervention possesses notable clinical nursing effects for patients with bipolar affective disorder, it could effectively relieve the patients′ depression and negative emotions, and raise quality of life.
