摘要:
目的建立复方黄蜀葵花喷雾剂中金丝桃苷含量的测定方法。 方法采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC),色谱柱为KromasiL 100-5-C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以乙腈和2%磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为401 nm;柱温30℃;流速1 mL/min。 结果金丝桃苷在10.26~205.17 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.9%,RSD=0.9%(n=6)。 结论该方法简捷、快速、可靠,可用于复方黄蜀葵花喷雾剂的质量控制。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish the content determination methods for hyperin in compound Huangshu Kuihua spray. MethodsHPLC was used, chromatographic column: KromasiL 100-5-C18(5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm), acetonitrile and 2% phosphate buffer solution were chosen as the mobile phase, gradient elution, detection wavelength was 401nm; column temperature 30 ℃; flow rate was 1mL·min-1. ResultsHyperin showed good linear relationship between 10.26 and 205.17 μg/mL; average recovery rate was 96.9%, RSD=0.9% (n=6). ConclusionThe method, simple, rapid and reliable, could be used for quality control of compound Huangshu Kuihua spray.
