摘要:
目的观察经筋理论结合针刀治疗中风恢复期肘关节痉挛的临床效果。 方法将中风恢复期肘关节痉挛患者80例按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例，对照组予针刺透刺拮抗肌治疗，观察组予基于经筋理论的针刀治疗，两组均治疗5周。应用改良Ashwonh痉挛分级量表评估两组患者治疗前后肌肉挛缩程度，应用视觉模拟量表（visual analog scales，VAS）评估两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度，应用自制肿胀评分表评估两组患者治疗前后肿胀程度。 结果治疗后观察组改良Ashwonh量表痉挛分级与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组VAS评分及肿胀评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论经筋理论结合针刀能减轻中风恢复期患者肘关节痉挛疼痛及肿胀程度，效果优于针刺透刺拮抗肌治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of meridian-sinews therapy and needle-knife in the treatment of elbow spasm in stroke patients at rehabilitation stage. MethodsEighty patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table, with 40 cases in each group, the control group was treated by acupuncture penetrating antagonist muscle, and the observation group by meridian-sinews therapy and needle-knife, both groups were treated for five weeks. Modified Ashwonh scale spasticity grading was applied to assess the degrees of muscular contracture before and after treatment in two groups, VAS was adopted to evaluate pain degrees before and after treatment between both groups, self-made swelling rating scales was used to assess the swelling degrees before and after treatment between both groups. ResultsThe difference had statistical meaning when modified Ashwonh scale spasticity grading of the observation group was compared with that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group in VAS scores and swelling scores, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionMeridian-sinews therapy and needle-knife could relieve the degrees of pain and swelling in elbow spasm in stroke patients at rehabilitation stages, and its effects are superior to these of acupuncture penetrating antagonist muscle.
