摘要:
探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases，COPD）与肺癌的相关性，指出目前流行病学研究已证明COPD与肺癌有内在的关联性，COPD可以增加肺癌的发病性及死亡率，是肺癌的单独致病因素，但并非所有COPD患者都进展到肺癌这一阶段，而且两病间的作用机制、治疗现状尚不清楚，需要进一步研究关键通路、分子间的作用关系，以揭开COPD与肺癌共作的具体机制。
Abstract:
By discussing the connection between COPD and lung cancer, it is pointed out that the current epidemiological studies have confirmed the inherent correlation between COPD and lung cancer, COPD, as an independent pathogenic factor for lung cancer, could increase the incidence and mortality of lung cancer, while not all COPD patients would develop into lung cancer, the mechanism and current status of treatment between them are unclear, therefore, the interaction between between key pathways and molecules needs to be further studied to uncover the specific mechanism of co-operation between COPD and lung cancer.
