摘要:
对重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis，SAP）并发脾静脉血栓的防治研究现状进行综述，目前对于SAP并发症的治疗是以保守治疗为主的多学科综合模式，包括增强CT检查到一系列抗凝、介入溶栓、血液净化、中医药治疗及早期营养支持等综合诊治方案，可对SAP并发脾静脉血栓做出快速诊断、病情评估、及时规范化治疗，以期降低脾静脉血栓发生率，缩短患者住院时间。
Abstract:
Research status of the prevention and treatment of SAP complicated with splenic vein thrombosis is reviewed, and the treatment of SAP complications has gradually formed a multidisciplinary integrated mode domi- nated by conservative treatment, including enhanced CT examination and a series of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment such as anticoagulation, interventional thrombolysis, blood purification, TCM treatment and early nutritional support, which could make a quick diagnosis, assess the disease conditions and timely standardize the therapy of SAP complicated with splenic vein thrombosis, in a bid to lower the incidence of splenic vein thrombosis and shorten the patients' hospital stays.
