目的利用Meta分析方法评价针刺治疗卵巢早衰（premature ovarian failure，POF）的随机对照试验的临床疗效。 方法检索循证临床证据数据库Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE（涵盖MEDLINE）、中国知网、维普以及万方数据知识服务平台文献。文献中试验组为单纯针刺治疗，对照组为空白对照、安慰剂、假针刺或阳性药物，或某种干预措施同时用于试验组和对照组。评价最终纳入文献质量，并采用RevMan 5.3软件分别对亚组（单纯针刺治疗和针刺辅助激素治疗）进行Meta分析。 结果最终纳入11篇随机对照试验文献，共725例患者。文献质量为中、低级。针刺治疗能降低卵泡刺激素（follicle-stimulating hormone，FSH），SMD=-0.59，95%CI［-0.77，-0.40］；增加月经恢复例数，RR=1.28，95%CI［1.15，1.43］；升高雌二醇(estradiol，E2），SMD=1.38，95%CI［0.90，1.86］。 结论针刺可有效治疗POF，降低血清FSH，改善月经情况及升高E2水平。但目前证据尚不充分，需更多高质量研究增强结论的可靠性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate clinical effects of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) about acupuncture in the treatment of premature ovarian failure (POF) by utilizing Meta analysis method. MethodsThe literature was searched from Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE (covering MEDLINE), CNKI, VIP and Wangfang database. Among them, the experiment group was treated by single acupuncture, the control group was blank control one, or accepted the placebo, sham acupuncure or positive medicine, or an intervention was administered to the experimental and control groups. The assessment was finally included in the quality of the literature, RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform Meta analysis of the subgroups (single acupuncture and acupuncture assisted hormone) respectively. ResultsA total of 11 RCTs were included, involving 725 patients. The literature was in moderate and low quality. Acupuncture therapy could reduce the levels of FSH (SMD=-0.59, 95%CI[-0.77, -0.40]), increase the number of menstrual recovery cases (RR=1.28, 95%CI[1.15, 1.43]), and raise E2 (SMD=1.38, 95%CI[0.90, 1.86]). ConclusionAcupuncture could effectively treat POF, lower the levels of serum FSH, improve menstrual conditions and raise E2 levels. However, the current evidence is not yet sufficient, more high-quality studies are needed to ehance the reliability of the conclusion.
