从膏脂理论出发探讨非哺乳期乳腺炎(non-puerperal mastitis,NPM)的病因病机,认为其发病与肝脾两脏关系密切,基本病机是痰凝血瘀、膏脂化热;理气降脂化浊法为治疗NPM的重要方法而贯穿治疗始终,并在临床应用中随症加减以提高疗效。

The paper explained the cause and the pathogenesis of NPM based on greasy lipid theory, it is believed that the onset of NPM is closely related to liver and spleen, its basic pathogenesis is phlegm coagulation and blood stagnation, greasy lipid transforming into heat; regulating-Qi lowering-lipid dispelling-turbidity method is the important method of treating NPM and it exists throughout the course of the disease, it modifies with the symptoms in clinical application to improve therapeutic effects.
