摘要:
目的对糖尿病周围神经病变相关文献进行知识图谱可视化分析，探索中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的发展状况、研究热点及前沿和用药规律，为科研及临床研究提供依据。 方法2001年1月1日至2020年5月12日间以中国知网期刊数据库（China national knowledge infrastructure，CNKI）收录的中药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的所有文献为研究对象，运用CiteSpace V软件对文献作者、机构及关键词进行共现分析和聚类分析，绘制相关可视化知识图谱。 结果经检索获得2303篇文献，高频发文作者为梁晓春、刘铜华、苏秀海等；主要研究机构包括中国医学科学院北京协和医院、辽宁中医药大学附属医院、辽宁中医药大学等；目前采取的主要治疗措施是中西医结合疗法，中药治疗包括中药、中药足浴、中药熏洗、针灸、穴位注射、穴位按摩及穴位贴敷；中药中出现频次较高的方剂为补阳还五汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、当归四逆汤，主要证型为气虚血瘀证。 结论通过知识图谱可视化分析，能够快速直观地了解该领域的研究热点、发展趋势及研究团队，为今后该领域的研究提供依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for scientific and clinical research by performing visualized analysis of knowledge graph of the relevant literature about diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and explore the development, research hotspots, frontier and medication rules of TCM treatment for DPN. MethodsAll the papers on TCM therapy for DPN collected from CNKI between January 1, 2001 and May 12, 2020 were chosen as the research objects, CiteSpace V software was used to conduct co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis of the authors, institutions and keywords, to draw the relevant visualized knowledge graph. ResultsAll 2303 papers were obtained by searching, the authors who posted articles frequently were Liang Xiaochun, Liu Tonghua, Su Xiuhai; the main research institutions contained Peking Union Medical College Hospital, The First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; the main therapeutic measures were integrative medicine therapy, TCM therapies were materia medicine, herbal foot bath, herbal fumigation, acupuncture, acupoint injection, acupoint massage and acupoint application; the prescriptions with high frequency were Buyang Huanwu Tang, Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang, and Danggui Sini Tang, the main pattern was Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern. ConclusionVisualized analysis of knowledge graph could rapidly and directly reflect research hotspots, development and research team in the field, and it could provide the reference for the following study in the future.
