摘要:
目的观察杜仲腰痛丸联合穴位针刺治疗退行性脊柱侧凸矫正术后残留下腰痛的临床疗效。 方法选取退行性脊柱侧凸并行矫正手术，且术后均出现下腰痛的患者60例，按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊+甲钴胺胶囊治疗，观察组给予杜仲腰痛丸+穴位针刺治疗，两组均连续治疗2周。观察两组视觉疼痛模拟评分（visual analogue score，VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（oswestry disability index，ODI）评分、日本骨科学会评分（Japanese orthopaedic association scores，JOA），评价患者生活质量及临床疗效。 结果VSA评分、ODI评分、JOA评分两组均较治疗前明显改善（P＜0.05），观察组治疗后1月、治疗后2月上述评分改善较对照组显著（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率［86.7%（26/30）］优于对照组［73.3%（22/30）］（P＜0.05）。 结论杜仲腰痛丸联合穴位针刺治疗退行性脊柱侧凸矫正术后残留下腰痛临床疗效显著，能在短期内缓解疼痛症状及恢复肢体功能，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Duzhong Yaotong pills and acupoint acupuncture in treating residual low back pain after correction of degenerative scoliosis. MethodsSixty patients who suffered degenerative scoliosis, underwent the correction surgery, and had low back pain after the surgery were chosen, and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random numbe table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules and mecobalamin capsules, and the observation group by Duzhong Yaotong pills and acupoint acupuncture, both groups were treated for two weeks consecutively. To observe VAS, ODI scores and JOA beween both groups, to assess quality of life and clinical effects. ResultsVAS, ODI scores and JOA of both groups were improved remarkably compared with before treating in the two groups (P<0.05), the improvements of the above scores of the observation group were more noticeable than these of the control group one month and two months after the treatment (P<0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was [86.7%(26/30)], higher than [73.3%(22/30)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionDuzhong Yaotong pills and acupoint acupuncture could gain notable clinical effects in treating residual low back pain after correction of degenerative scoliosis, it could alleviate pain and restore limb function, as well as raise quality of life in a short time.
