摘要:
通过典型病例从乳腺增生的病因病机、辨证论治入手介绍国医大师王自立教授运用归芍运脾汤治疗脾虚肝郁型乳腺增生的经验，王自立教授认为脾虚肝郁型乳腺增生十分常见，治疗不能一味见肝疏肝，而应从肝脾相关、五行相生相克角度出发，运用归芍运脾汤加减论治脾虚肝郁型乳腺增生，根据肝脾的虚实比例调整用药侧重点，或健脾柔肝为主、疏肝为辅，或柔肝疏肝为主、健脾为辅，灵活加减，辨证论治。
Abstract:
The paper introduces professor Wang Zili's experience in applying Guishao Yunpi Tang in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland of spleen deficiency and liver depression pattern via typical cases from the following aspects: the cause and the pathogenesis of hyperplasia of mammary glands, syndrome differentiation and treatment. Professor Wang holds that the disease is common, and his therapy, not limited by soothing liver, started from the angle of liver and spleen, as well as mutual promotion and restraint between the five elements, uses modified Guishao Yunpi Tang in the treatment of the disease, adjusting the medication emphasis according to the deficiency and excess of liver and spleen, invigorating spleen and nourishing liver is chosen as the main therapy, soothing liver as the supplement, or nourishing and soothing liver as main one, invigorating spleen as the supplement, modified flexibly according to syndrome differentiation and treatment.
