摘要:
目的观察整体调节针法联合唑来膦酸治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture，OVCF）的临床疗效。 方法将72例老年OVCF患者分为两组各36例，对照组在接受经皮椎体后凸成形治疗基础上加用唑来膦酸，治疗组在对照组基础上加用整体调节针法。分别在治疗前和治疗3个月及治疗后随访6个月评定两组患者视觉模拟疼痛评分（visual analog scale，VAS）和Qswestry功能障碍指数评分（Oswestry disability index,ODI）、患者生活质量评分(quality of life assessment，QOL)、骨密度及不良反应。 结果治疗后两组患者VAS、ODI及QOL评分均低于治疗前（P＜0.05），治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗3个月，两组患者骨密度与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后随访6个月，两组患者骨密度高于治疗前（P＜0.05），治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。不良反应治疗组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论整体调节针法联合唑来膦酸能够减轻老年OVCF患者症状，改善生活质量，提高骨密度，降低药品不良反应，效果优于单用唑来膦酸。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of whole adjustment acupuncture and zoledronic acid in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) in the elderly. MethodsAll 72 patients were randomized into two groups, 36 cases in each group, the control group took zoledronic acid on the foundation of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP), and the treatment group received whole adjustment acupuncture. To assess VAS, ODI, QOL, bone mineral density (BMD) and adverse reaction before treating, three months after the treatment and six month follow-up after the treatment. ResultsAfter the treatment, VAS, ODI and QOL scores of both groups were lower than these before the treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); after three-month treatment, the difference had no statistical meaning in BMD compared with before treatment between both groups (P>0.05), after six-month follow-up, BMD of both groups was higher than that before the treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Adverse reactions of the treatment group were less than these of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionWhole adjustment acupuncture and zoledronic acid could relieve OVCF patients' symptoms, improve quality of life, raise BMD and decrease drug adverse reaction, and its effects are superior to these of zoledronic acid.
