摘要:
对P38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 mitogen activated protein kinase,p38MAPK)信号通路与神经病理性疼痛(neuropathic pain,NP)脊髓中枢敏化关系的研究进展进行综述,指出NP是一种外周或中枢神经系统受到损伤或发生病变引发的疼痛,其发生机制复杂,脊髓中枢敏化在此过程中的作用尤为重要;p38MAPK信号通路通过多种机制参与NP的脊髓中枢敏化的发生和维持;而推拿能够抑制因模型大鼠背根神经节(dorsal root ganglion,DRG)持续受压(chronic compression of DRG,CCD)导致的脊髓背角中枢敏化,因此推测p38/MAPK通路可能参与推拿对脊髓背角中枢敏化的抑制。
Abstract:
Neuropathic pain is a kind of pain induced by the injury or pathological changes of peripheral or central nervous system by summarizing the advances in the research on the relationship between p38MAPK and central sensitization of spinal cord in neuropathic pain, its pathogenic mechanism is complex, and central sensitization of spinal cord plays an important role in the process; p38MAPK signaling pathway participates in the occurrence and maintainance of central sensitization of spinal cord in neuropathic pain by many mechanisms; while massage inhibits central sensitization of spinal cord dorsal horn induced by sustained compression of rat dorsal root ganglion, therefore, we speculate that p38MAPK signaling pathway might participate in the inhibition of spinal cord dorsal horn central sensitization by massage.
