摘要:
以中医整体观为基础，从“肺与大肠相表里”角度入手，对肠息肉与肺结节的中医病因病机和辨证分型进行分析；阐明“肺与大肠相表里”理论在临床与基础研究中的体现与应用；总结运用“肺与大肠相表里”论治肺肠同病的临床经验；认为“肺与大肠相表里”理论在肠息肉合并肺结节的指导与治疗中有着重要作用。
Abstract:
The cause and the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and patterns of polyp of colon complicated with pulmonary nodule are analyzed on the foundation of TCM holism from the angle of exterior-interior relationship of lung and large intestine; the reflection and application of exterior-interior relationship of lung and large intestine are expounded in clinical and basic researches; the experience in treating pulmonary and intestinal disease by applying exterior-interior relationship of lung and large intestine is summarized, and it is believed that the theory plays an important role in guding and treating polyp of colon with pulmonary nodule.
