摘要:
从神经源性膀胱发病及其特点入手，探讨神经源性膀胱的诊疗特点，认为其病因包括中枢神经系统因素和外周神经系统因素，症状有排尿困难、小便滴沥、点滴不通、少腹胀痛等。指出脊髓病变后神经源性膀胱的特点，该病治疗方法多样，包括保守治疗、手法辅助排尿、日常行为训练、药物治疗、导尿治疗、膀胱功能训练、中医药治疗等，为神经源性膀胱的临床诊疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Starting from the pathogenesis of neurogenic bladder and its characteristics, by discussing the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, it is believed that its causes contain the factors of central nervous system and peripheral nervous system, its manifestations are dysuria, urine dripping, distending pain in the lower abdomen and others. By introducing the characteristics of neurogenic bladder after the lesions of spinal cord, the therapies for the disease are diverse, invovling conservative therapy, manual assisted urination, daily behavior training, drug treatment, urethral catheterization treatment, bladder functional training, TCM therapy and others, so as to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic bladder.
