摘要:
目的探讨电针联合康复训练对鼻咽癌（nasopharyngeal carcinoma，NPC）放疗后吞咽功能及生活质量的影响。 方法选取60例NPC放疗后吞咽困难的患者作为研究对象，应用随机数字分组法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。对照组应用常规治疗+康复训练治疗，观察组在此基础上应用电针治疗，两组均连续治疗1个月对比两组整体治疗效果、吞咽功能、证候积分以及生活质量。 结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组水试验阳性率与张口困难发生率、吞咽正常时间明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗4周后，两组证候积分明显降低，生活信念、独立性、环境、社会、心理、生理等相关生活质量评分均升高，且观察组改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论电针联合康复训练能够提升NPC放疗后吞咽困难患者的门齿距，提升治疗效果，能够进一步促进患者吞咽恢复正常，减少张口困难发生情况，减轻临床症状，提升患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the impacts of electroacupuncture and rehabilitation training on swallow-ing function and quality of life in NPC patients after radiotherapy. MethodsSixty patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy were chosen as the objects of study, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by applying random number grouping method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy+rehabilitation training, and the observation group by electroacupuncture on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, to compare overall therapeutic effects, swallowing function, syndrome integrals and quality of life between both groups. ResultsThe observation group was apparently higher than the control group in total effective rate (P<0.05); after the treatment, the observation group was lower than the control group in the positive rate of water test and the incidence of difficulty in opening the mouth, and the normal time of swallowing remarkably (P<0.05); after four weeks of the treatment, TCM syndrome integrals noticeably decreased in both groups, the scores of quality of life including life belief, independence, environment, society, psychology and physiology raised, and the improvements of the observation group were superior to these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionElectroacupuncture and rehabilitation training could lift the incisor pitch of NPC patients with dysphagia after radiotherapy, improve therapeutic effects, which could further promote the recovery of swallowing function, reduce the incidence of dysphagia, mitigate clinical symptoms and improve the patients' quality of life.
