摘要:
归纳《黄帝内经》5部英译本、《思考中医》英译本和“The Foundations of Chinese Medicine”（《中医基础学》）中的相关译文，结合“译者主体性”的四个要素对“罢极”的英译进行分析，认为译者在英译争议性中医术语时，应注重追本溯源，传递中医内涵；同时也要结合上下文语境，不拘泥于原文，适当地发挥主观能动性，从而确保中医英译的准确性。
Abstract:
By concluding the related translations in five English versions of Huangdi Neijing (the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic), English versions of Sikao Zhongyi and The Foundations of Chinese Medicine, the paper analyzes English translation of "Piji" based on four elements of "translator's subjectivity", and sums up that when translating a controversial TCM term into English, the translator should trace back to the source, convey the connotation, and exert the subjective initiative based on different contexts so as to ensure the accuracy of the translation.
