摘要:
目的基于微量元素探讨气血双补方抗慢性心衰的炮制增效作用。 方法将慢性心衰(Chronic heart failure,CHF)SD模型大鼠随机分为气血双补方生品组和炮制品组,分别灌胃等量复方生品及炮制品水煎液,4周后比较炮制前后两组大鼠血清Mg、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Se、Sr、Mo、F、Ba 14种微量元素含量。 结果灌胃气血双补方不同汤液后两组模型大鼠血清Mg、Ca、Zn、Se元素含量高于灌胃前(P<0.05),炮制品组Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn及Se高于生品组(P<0.05)。 结论气血双补方炮制后可能通过提高Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn及Se元素含量发挥抗CHF的炮制增效作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the synergistic effects of Qixue Shuangbu prescription through processing on chronic heart failure (CHF) based on trace element theory. MethodsSD rat models with CHF were randomized into the crude drug group of Qixue Shuangbu prescription and processed products group, and they were drenched with the same amount of compound crude drug and the decoction of processed products respectively, to compare the contents of 14 kinds of trace elements including Mg, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se, Sr, Mo, F and Ba in the rats between both groups after four weeks of treatment. ResultsAfter the gavage, the contents of Mg, Ca, Zn and Se in the rat models of both groups were higher than these before the gavage (P<0.05), the processed products group was higher than the crude drug group in the contents of Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe,Cu, Zn and Se (P<0.05). ConclusionAfter the processing, Qixue Shuangbu prescription might develop its synergistic effects against CHF through processing possibly through raising the contents of Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn and Se.
