摘要:
就中医药对肿瘤的防治作用及广西中医药大学第一附属医院临床经验方毒结清口服液治疗肿瘤的作用进行综述，指出中医药在肿瘤防治方面的应用历史悠久，目前大黄?虫丸、参莲胶囊和抗癌平颗粒等扶正补益和活血化瘀类中药制剂已在临床使用多年；毒结清口服液作为治疗肿瘤的经验方，已证实具有明确的抗肿瘤作用，同时还能降低化疗带来的毒副作用，延长中晚期肿瘤患者生存期。但其抗肿瘤的药效作用及其机制的现代药理研究尚处于初步阶段；若能开展活性成分、多靶点和多通路等机制研究，探明其抗肿瘤作用的具体方式，可进一步证实毒结清口服液治疗肿瘤的科学性和可靠性。
Abstract:
By reviewing the preventive and therapeutic effects of TCM on tumors, and the effects of empirical formula, used for clinical therapy of tumors in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine, TCM has a long history of application in cancer prevention and treatment, at present, TCM preparations of strengthening the body resistance and tonifying, promoting blood circulation and eliminating the stasis including Dahuang Zhechong pills, Shenlian capsules and Kangaiping granules have been used in clinic for many years. As the empirical formula, It has been confirmed that Dujieqing oral liquid could resist tumor evidently, meanwhile it could reduce toxic and side effects of chemotherapy, and prolong the survival of the patients with intermediate to advanced tumors. However, modern pharmacological studies of its anti-tumor efficacy and its mechanism are still in the preliminary stage. The mechanism research on active ingredients, multi-targets and multi-pathways needs to be carried out to explore its specific way of its anti-tumor effects, so as to further verify its scientificalness and reliability of treating tumor.
