摘要:
目的了解血透患者生活质量及其主要照顾者的知信行现状，探索二者的相关性。 方法采用自行设计的饮食营养知信行问卷、慢性肾脏病生活质量量表（chronic kidney disease quality of life scale，KDQOL-SF）便利抽样，对兰州市两所三甲医院的450名血透患者及其主要照顾者进行调查。 结果主要照顾者的知信行总分为（85.40±10.23）分，血透患者生活质量总分为（165.67±46.01）分，知信行得分与患者生活质量得分呈显著相关性（P＜0.01）。 结论血透患者的生活质量及其主要照顾者饮食营养的知信行水平均不高，二者呈正相关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate quality of life of hemodialysis patients and their main caregivers' know-ledge, attitude, belief and practice model (KABP model), and explore the connections between both. MethodsConvenience sampling of 450 hemodialysis patients and their main caregivers from two class A tertiary hospitals of Lanzhou city were conducted using self-designed diet and nutrition questionnaire of KABP and KDQOL-SF. ResultsTotal scores of the main caregivers' KABP model were (85.40±10.23) points, total scores of quality of life of the patients were (165.67±46.01) points, a significant correlation was found between the scores of KABP model and the scores of quality of life (P<0.01). ConclusionHemodialysis patients' quality of life and the main care-givers' diet and nutrition are in low level of KABP model, both presenting positive correlation.
