益气舒筋汤联合银质针治疗颈肩腰腿痛疗效观察及机制分析-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的探讨益气舒筋汤联合银质针治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效及机制。方法选择60例颈肩腰腿痛患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采用银质针疗法，观察组采用益气舒筋汤联合银质针疗法，共干预6个月。观察两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、生存质量评分及氧化应激指标的变化。结果观察组有效率［93.33%（28/30）］明显高于对照组［70.00%（21/30）］（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组疼痛评分、生存质量评分均明显降低（P＜0.05），且观察组更低（P＜0.05）；治疗后，血清谷胱甘肽过氧化氢酶（glutathione peroxidase，GSH-Px）、总抗氧化能力（total antioxidant capacity，T-AOC）和超氧化物歧化酶（superoxide dismutase，SOD）水平明显升高（P＜0.05），且观察组升高更加明显（P＜0.05）。结论益气舒筋汤联合银质针能改善颈肩腰腿痛患者的生活质量，减轻疼痛程度，其机制可能与减轻氧化应激损伤有关。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo discuss clinical effects of benefiting-Qi relaxing-tendon decoction and silver needle in the treatment of neck, shoulder, low back and leg pain, and the mechanism. MethodsSixty patients were chosen and allocated to the observation group and the control group randomly, 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted silver needle therapy, and the observation group benefiting-Qi relaxing-tendon decoction and silver needle, intervening for six months. To observe clinical effects, VAS scores, the scores of quality of life and the changes of the indicators of oxidative stress between both groups. ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was [93.33%(28/30)], noticeably higher than [70.00% (21/30)] of the control group (P<0.05); after the treatment, VAS scores and the scores of quality of life of the two groups lowered remarkably (P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more (P<0.05); after the treatment, the levels of GSH-Px, T-AOC and SOD increased apparently (P<0.05), and the raise of the observation group was more noticeable (P<0.05). ConclusionBenefiting-Qi relaxing-tendon decoction and silver needle could improve quality of life, relieve pain, and its mechanism might be related to relieving oxidative stress injury.
