摘要:
目的探讨5种维吾尔医成熟剂对大鼠肝脏能量代谢相关因子的影响。 方法将清洁级SD雄性大鼠随机分为空白对照组、血液质调节剂组、黏液质成熟剂组、胆液质成熟剂组、脾液质成熟剂组和胆液质调节剂组,每组8只。空白对照组予等量蒸馏水,其余各组剂量均为《中华人民共和国药典》人用高限剂量等效剂量的5倍,连续灌胃30天后,观察大鼠体质量;采用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测大鼠肝组织Na+-K+ ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+ATP酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶(succinate dehydrogenase,SDH)活性、肝糖原(hepatic glycogen,HG)和肌糖原(muscle glycogen,MG)含量;检测血浆三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(tetraiodothyronine,T4)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)含量。 结果血液质调节剂可减轻大鼠体质量,胆液质调节剂可增加大鼠体质量,脾液质成熟剂、黏液质成熟剂能增加大鼠Na+-K+ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+ATP酶及SDH活力,增加HG、MG、T3、T4和TSH含量,血液质调节剂组、胆液质成熟剂组、胆液质调节剂组对能量代谢相关因子影响不显著。 结论5种维药成熟剂对正常大鼠肝脏能量代谢相关因子影响显著,与升高血清甲状腺素水平有关,其中脾液质成熟剂、黏液质成熟剂组作用显著。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influences of five kinds of Uyghur medicine maturing agents on the related factors of liver energy metabolism in rats. MethodsClean-grade SD male rats were randomized into blank control group, blood quality regulator group, mucus maturating agent group, biliary fluid maturing agent group, sediment maturing agent group and biliary fluid regulator group, with eight rats in each group. Blank control group accepted equivalent amount of distilled water, and the dose in the remaining groups was five times the equivalent dose of the high limit dose for human use of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China, to observe rats' body weights after intragastric administration for 30 days consecutively; ELISA method was used to detect the activity of Na+-K+ ATP enzyme, Ca2+-Mg2+ ATP enzyme and SDH in liver tissue, and the contents of HG and MG; to measure the contents of T3, T4 and TSH in the blood plasma. ResultsBlood quality regulators could reduce rats’ body weights, biliary fluid regulator could put on rats’ body weight, sediment maturing agent and mucus maturating agent could increase the activity of Na+-K+ ATP enzyme, Ca2+-Mg2+ ATP enzyme and SDH, add the contents of HG, MG, T3 and T4, while the influences of blood quality regulator, biliary fluid maturing agent and biliary fluid regulator were insignificant on the related factors of energy metabolism. ConclusionFive kinds of Uyghur medicine maturing agents presented significant influence on the related factors of liver energy metabolism in normal rats, involving raising the levels of serum thyroid hormone, among them, sediment maturing agent and mucus maturating agent show the significant effects.
