摘要:
通过2则验案探讨散偏汤合逍遥散治疗偏头痛合并焦虑症的经验，指出偏头痛是位列第二的常见神经系统失能性疾病，临床存在误诊率高、治疗不规范等问题，并且常与焦虑抑郁、睡眠障碍等存在共病关系。可通过散偏汤合逍遥散从厥阴少阳合病论治，以疏肝散邪、行气解郁、通络止痛，对于偏头痛合并焦虑状态者可标本兼治。
Abstract:
The experience in treating hemicrania and anxiety by Sanpian Tang and Xiaoyao powder is investigated in two proven cases, hemicrania, a common neurological disorder in the second place, often shows the comorbidity relationship with anxiety, depression and sleep disorder, presenting high misdiagnosis rate and irregular therapy in clinic. Sanpian Tang and Xiaoyao powder treat hemicrania from Jueyin combined with Shaoyang, through soothing liver and dissipating the evil, promoting Qi circulation and removing stagnation, dredging the collateral and relieving the pain, which could treat the symptom and the root cause simultaneously for the patients with hemicrania and anxiety.
