摘要:
冮顺奎主任医师认为强直性脊柱炎的病机是正虚邪伏，且贯穿始终，伏邪有寒湿毒邪、湿热毒邪、痰瘀蕴毒之分，治疗时应扶正以驱伏邪，并以驱邪为最终目的，可因势利导以驱之。
Abstract:
Chief physician Gang Shunkui considers that the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) belongs to the deficiency of healthy Qi and pathogen hidden throughout the disease, the insidious pathogens could be divided into cold-damp-toxic evil, damp-heat-toxic evil, phlegm-stagnation-toxic evil, the treatment should enhance healthy Qi to clear the latent pathogen, as the ultimate goal, and the pathogen can be driven away by the situation.
