摘要:
通过对近年来国内外Notch信号通路的研究进行全面检索,总结出Notch通路在糖尿病肾病中的作用及中医药研究概况,发现中医药通过抑制Notch通路治疗糖尿病肾病,主要集中于神经源性位点缺口同源蛋白1抗体、锯齿状成员配体、胞内部分及下游靶基因Hes1和Hey1上,上游信号分子可能与转化生长因子β/重组人蛋白有关。在蛋白表达调控上,中医药可下调肾脏组织a-平滑肌肌动蛋白、瞬时受体电位阳离子通道蛋白6,上调E-钙黏蛋白及足细胞相关表达蛋白等,减少细胞外基质积聚,促进足细胞损伤修复和减轻肾脏纤维化,从而改善肾小球滤过膜的稳定性以及肾小管、间质硬化进程,延缓糖尿病肾病向终末期肾病的转变。
Abstract:
By retrieving the studies on Notch signaling pathway at home and abroad in the recent years, the paper summarizes the role of Notch signaling pathway played in diabetic kidney disease (DKD) and the overview of TCM research, TCM therapy of DKD by inhibiting Notch pathway mainly focuses on the neurogenic site gap homologous protein 1 antibody, serrated member ligand, intracellular part and downstream target genes Hes 1 and Hey1, upstream signaling molecules may be related to transforming growth factor β/recombinant human protein. In terms of protein expression regulation, TCM could down regulate the levels of renal tissue a-smooth muscle actin, transient receptor potential cation channel protein 6 while up regulate E-calmodulin and podocyte-associated expressed proteins, reduce ECM accumulation, promote podocyte injury repair and alleviate renal fibrosis, thus improving the stability of glomerular filtration membrane and the progression of renal tubulointerstitial sclerosis, and delaying the transition from DKD to end-stage nephropathy
