摘要:
从IgA肾病的中、西医治疗两方面进行论述，认为IgA肾病是我国目前最常见的原发性肾小球疾病之一。其特征是IgA为主的免疫复合物沉积在肾小球系膜区，其临床表现多样。西医治疗主要以糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂为主，中医药治疗是在个体化基础上进行辨证施治并结合个人经验，两者互有长短。
Abstract:
By stating the Chinese medicine therapy and Western medicine therapy of IgA nephropathy, IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is one of the most common primary glomerular diseases in China, characterized by the deposition of IgA-based immune complexes in the glomerular mesangial area, with diversified clinical mani-festations. Western medicine treatment is mainly on glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents, and TCM therapy is individualized therapy based on syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with individual experience, both have their own strengthens and weaknesses.
