Professor Jin Mingxiu considers that the treatment for arthralgia is different in different periods, as the severe pattern, refractory arthralgia has the characteristics of serious swelling of the extremities and joints, a long course of disease, and a wide range of lesions. The treatment should adopt invigorating liver and kidney to consolidate the fundamentals, dispelling phlegm stagnation to treat the superficial cause, meanwhile, pay attention to the prevention before the disease attacks.
