摘要:
基于TGF-β1/Smads信号通路对支气管哮喘的影响及中药干预作用研究进展进行综述，指出转化生长因子β1（transforming growth factor-β1，TGF-β1）对哮喘发病过程中气道炎症与气道重塑的病理基础发挥作用，TGF-β1对气道炎症具有双重作用，既可通过刺激嗜酸性粒细胞促进气道炎症发生，又可通过刺激肥大细胞产生白细胞介素6，抑制气道炎症；此外，因TGF-β1具有超强的致纤维化作用，可促进成纤维细胞生长，引起气道重塑，中药可通过调控TGF-β1/Smads信号通路，从而干预哮喘发作，缓解哮喘临床症状。
Abstract:
Nowadays, many experimental studies revealed that TGF-β1 has developed the effects in pathological foundation of airway inflammation and airway remodeling in the pathogenesis of asthma. TGF-β1 has dual effects on airway inflammation, it could not only induce the airway inflammation through stimulating eosinophilia, but also inhibit airway inflammation by stimulating the generation of mast cells; in addition, TGF-β1 could promote fibroblast growth and cause airway remodeling since it has a superb fibrogenic effect. TCM could intervene the attacks of asthma and relieve clinical symptoms of asthma through regulating TGF-β1/smads signal pathway. The paper reviewed research progress of the influence of TGF-β1/Smads signal pathway on bronchial asthma and TCM intervention effects, hoping to provide the thinking for the prevention and the treatment of bronchial asthma by TCM.
