摘要:
目的观察中西医结合护理技术在前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁中的应用效果。 方法将114例前列腺癌根治术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各57例。对照组采用盆底肌肉锻炼，观察组在对照组基础上实施艾灸联合耳穴压豆中医护理技术。观察两组患者术后1个月尿失禁治疗有效率以及生活质量、焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）、抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）、护理满意度评分。 结果干预1个月后观察组患者尿失禁治疗有效率、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论对前列腺癌患者实施中西医结合护理技术，有利于患者尿控功能的快速恢复，减少患者负性情绪，提高护理满意度，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy. MethodsAltogether 114 patients with radical prostatectomy were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 57 cases in each group. The control group used pelvic floor muscle exercise, and the observation group adopted moxibustion and auricular acupoint pressing based on pelvic floor muscle exercise. To observe the effective rate of urinary incontinence one-month after the operation, the quality of life, SAS, SDS and nursing satisfaction scores between both groups. ResultsThe effective rate of urinary incontinence one-month after the operation, the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than these of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in SAS and SDS scores one-month after the operation (P<0.05). ConclusionIntegrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for patients with prostatic cancer is beneficial to the rapid recovery of urinary control function, relieve negative emotions, improve nursing satisfaction and the patients' quality of life.
