目的探讨中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究现状、热点及前沿。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）2011—2021年有关中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的相关文献，使用软件CiteSpace 5.7.R5W对检索出的3767篇文献作者的文章发表量、机构合作及分布情况、关键词共现及聚类进行可视化分析，并绘制知识图谱。 结果该领域近十年发文量呈稳定增长态势，其中核心作者30名，以张艳为代表；研究机构381家，以辽宁中医药大学最为高产；关
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the current research status, hotspots and frontiers of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF). MethodsThe relevant literature on TCM treatment of CHF from 2011 to 2021 was searched from the China Knowledge Information Network (CNKI), and the CiteSpace 5.7.R5W software was applied to perform the visual analysis of the number of articles published, institutional cooperation and distribution, keyword co-occurrence and clustering of authors of 3767 retrieved articles, as well as to draw a knowledge map. ResultsThe number of articles published in this field in the past decade showed a steady growth trend, including 30 core authors, represented by Zhang Yan; 381 research institutions, with Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine being the most prolific; 289 keywords with the highest frequency of "integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapies"; and the clustering results included the types of literature research in this field, the commonly used therapies in traditional Chinese and Western medicine for this disease and the intervention mechanism, and the clinical diagnostic studies of this disease. ConclusionIn the recent ten years, the research on the treatment of CHF with TCM has been developing vigorously, and the characteristic therapies of TCM and cardiac rehabilitation will be the hotspot of research in this field in the future.
