摘要:
目的探究基于正交设计最佳配比剂量的复方雷公藤汤对雄性肾病大鼠生殖系统的影响。 方法复制肾病模型后,将雄性肾病模型大鼠随机分为9组,每组10只,连续灌服不同剂量配比的复方雷公藤汤40天。采用24 h尿蛋白定量检测增效情况,采用睾酮、一氧化氮合酶测量生殖系统减毒情况。筛选出最佳剂量配比组合复方雷公藤汤。 结果影响生殖系统因素大小排序为:雷公藤>菟丝子>甘草>当归;影响24 h尿蛋白定量因素大小排序为:雷公藤>甘草>菟丝子,当归无影响。 结论复方雷公藤汤治疗肾病以减低雄性生殖系统毒性为主,采用A3B1C3D2配比(即60、72、36、36 g)组方;治疗肾病以降低24 h尿蛋白为主,采用A1B3C3D3配比(即120、36、36、12 g)组方,两种配比复方均起到减毒增效作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of the optimal dose ratio of compound Leigongteng decoction based on the orthogonal design on the reproductive system in male rats with nephropathy. MethodsAfter replicating the models with nephropathy, the models were randomized into nine groups with ten in each group, and they accepted the lavage with different dose ratios of compound Leigongteng decoction nonstop for 40 days. To detect the synergy using 24 h quantitative proteinuria, T and NOS were applied to measure the attenuation of reproductive system, and to screen the decoction in the optimal dose ratio. ResultsThe factors affecting the reproductive system ranked in descending order: Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.)>Tusizi (Cuscutae semen)>Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma)>Danggui (Angelicae sinensis radix); and the factors affecting 24 h quantitative proteinuria in descending order were: Leigongteng>Gancao>Tusizi, and no influence was found on Danggui. ConclusionCompound Leigongteng decoction is mainly used to reduce the toxicity of male reproductive system in the treatment of nephropathy in the formulation ratio of A3B1C3D2 (that is, 60, 72, 36 and 36 g); the treatment of nephropathy is based on the reduction of 24 h urine protein in the formulation ratio of A1B3C3D3 (that is, 120, 36, 36 and 12 g), the compound in two kinds of ratios could reduce the toxicity and enhance the synergy.
