摘要:
朱跃兰教授基于中医气血津液理论认为，津液亏耗是干燥综合征合并间质性肺病发生的根本原因，临证应以顾护津液为要。同时，朱教授基于“存津液”理论，采取不同辨证治疗思路进行遣方用药，疾病初期患者多以肺热壅盛为主，治以清热宣肺、化痰止咳；后期患者气阴两伤，以生、润为度，治以温阳补气、生津止咳，温阳化气、运脾布津等。
Abstract:
Professor Zhu Yuelan holds that the depletion of body fluids is the root cause of Sjogren’s syndrome (SS) and interstitial lung diseases (ILD) based on TCM theory of Qi, blood and body fluid, protecting body fluids as the key point in clinic. Meanwhile, She adopts various therapeutic thinking of syndrome differentia-tion and chooses the prescriptions and medicine on the foundation of the theory of "storing body fluids", she treats the patients with clearing heat and dispersing lung, resolving lung to stop the cough when most of them belonged to lung heat abundance at the primary stage; she treats them with warming Yang and tonifying Qi, genera-ting body fluids to stop the cough, warming Yang to activate Qi transformation, promoting spleen transportation and the distribution of body fluids.
