摘要:
目的基于CiteSpace对乳腺癌化疗期间中医药治疗的相关文献进行可视化分析，总结该领域的研究现状及热点。 方法检索中国知网（CNKI）自建库至2021年12月1日收录的关于乳腺癌化疗期间中医药治疗的相关研究文献，利用CiteSpace 5.8.R2软件对纳入的文献进行可视化分析。 结果共纳入文献626篇，其中期刊文献532篇，硕士论文87篇，博士论文7篇；共884位作者被纳入分析，关键词共现分析共形成节点149个，连线184条，根据关键词共现分析及突现分析，形成了6个研究热点。 结论乳腺癌化疗期间中医药治疗的相关研究逐年增加，研究方向大多集中在改善化疗不良反应及生存质量方面，应加强抗肿瘤、改善免疫等相关机制的研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo conduct visual analysis of the literature on TCM therapies of breast cancer during chemotherapy based on CiteSpace, and to summarize research status and hotspots in the field. MethodsThe research literature on TCM treatment for breast cancer during chemotherapy was searched from CNKI between the time of establishing the database and December 1st, 2021, visual analysis of the included papers was carried out using CiteSpace 5.8.R2 software. ResultsA total of 626 papers were included, covering 532 periodical literature, 87 master’s theses and 7 doctoral dissertations; all 884 authors were included into the analysis, keyword cooccur-rence analysis formed 149 nodes and 184 connections. Six research hotspots were formed according to the keyword co-occurrence analysis and burst analysis. ConclusionThe researches on traditional Chinese medicine treatment for breast cancer during chemotherapy are increasing year by year, and most of the studies focus on improving the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and the quality of life, the studies on the mechanism of anti-tumor and boosting immunity should be strengthened.
