摘要:
目的基于数据挖掘技术探索风府穴的主治病症规律，优势病种及配穴。 方法以“风府”“舌本”等为检索词，分别检索CNKI、VIP、万方、PubMed等数据库的相关文献，筛选归纳并建立数据库，统计风府穴的主治病症频次，进行关联分析。 结果共检索到文献1425篇，纳入455篇，单穴主治优势病种为痹症、中风后遗症、头痛、眩晕等5种；配穴主治优势病种为中风后遗症、眩晕、颈椎病、头痛等12种。高频配穴为风池、百会、大椎、哑门等25个；优势配穴12个。操作方法主要有针刺、灸法、放血等12种。 结论风府穴基于气街四海理论，以治疗脑部、头面五官及颈肩部疾病为主，并通过气街四海联系四肢百骸、五脏六腑，基于整体观思想对全身各脏腑功能进行良性调节。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey the rules of indications, dominant diseases and matching points of Fengfu point (DU16) based on data mining. Methods"Fengfu point" "the root of tongue" and others were selected as the key words to retrieve the relevant literature from CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and PubMed respectively, for the establish-ment of the database after screening and concluding, the frequency statistics of the indications of Fengfu point was conducted for association analysis. ResultsAll 1425 papers have been retrieved, and 455 papers were included, the dominant diseases of single point contained five diseases such as arthromyodynia, apoplectic sequelae, headache, vertigo, and the dominant diseases of matching points covered 12 kinds of diseases including apoplectic sequelae, vertigo, cervical spondylosis and headache. There were 25 kinds of high-frequency matching points containing Fengchi (GB20), Baihui (DU20), Dazhui (BU14), Yamen (DU15) and others, and 12 dominant matching points, as well as 12 kinds of operating methods including acupuncture, moxibustion, and bloodletting. Conclusion Fengfu point, based on the theory of Qi passage and the four seas, is mainly used to treat the diseases of brain, head, face, the five sense organs, neck and shoulder, it could connect with four extremities and the joints, five viscera and six Fu-organs through Qi passage and the four seas, making benign adjustment of the functions of the viscera around the body based on the thought of holism.
