摘要:
目的通过CiteSpace软件对肠道菌群与针灸相关的文献进行可视化分析，了解该领域近年来的研究热点和发展趋势。 方法检索2000—2020年中国知网（CNKI）中相关文献，采用Excel 2019进行统计分析，应用CiteSpace 5.7.R5版本对作者、研究机构、关键词进行可视化分析，绘制相关知识图谱。 结果共纳入文献482篇，近10年文献呈逐年增长趋势，2020年发文量最高，为116篇。作者合作方面，团队内部交流密切，团队之间交流较少。机构合作网络中，机构间合作形式主要是省内高校与医院间的合作。关键词图谱显示，研究内容集中在肠道菌群、脑肠肽、足三里、动物实验、肠易激综合征、抑郁症、溃疡性结肠炎方面。 结论作者、研究机构之间需要进一步扩大交流与合作。针灸通过调节脑肠肽、肠道菌群对肠易激综合征、溃疡性结肠炎和抑郁症的治疗作用是研究的热点问题。针灸治疗应激性胃溃疡的作用机制及中风后便秘、应激性胃溃疡的临床观察是未来的研究趋势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo conduct the visualization analysis of the papers on intestinal flora and acupuncture via CiteSpace software, so as to survey the research hotspots and developmental trends in the field in the recent years. MethodsAfter retrieving the relevant papers from CNKI between 2000 and 2020, Excel 2019 was adopted to carry out the statistical analysis, visualization analysis of authors, research institutions and keywords was carried out using CiteSpace5.7.R5 to draw the relevant knowledge graph. ResultsAltogether 482 papers were included, and the papers were increasing in the recent ten years, the number of the papers published in 2020 was the highest with 116 papers. In terms of author collaboration, they communicated more within the teams while less between the teams. Regarding institutional cooperation network, inter-institutional cooperation was principally between the universities and hospitals in the province. Keywords map displayed that the research contents focus on the aspects including intestinal flora, braingut petide, Zusanti (ST36), zoopery, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), depression and ulcerative colitis (UC). ConclusionThe exchange and cooperation between authors and research institutions needs to be further expanded. Therapeutic effects of acupuncture on IBS, UC and depression through regulating braingut petide and intestinal flora are hot issues in research. The mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of stress-induced gastric ulcer, clinical observation on post-stroke constipation, and stress-induced gastric ulcer are the research trend in the future.
