摘要:
基于中医消渴理论，结合现代医学研究，从阴虚内热、气虚、瘀血、痰湿入手阐释2型糖尿病炎症的病机；中医药治疗2型糖尿病慢性炎症以清热解毒、益气养阴、活血化瘀或祛湿化痰法为主，针灸、推拿疗法为辅；研究和构建2型糖尿病慢性炎症辨证论治方案有助于进一步提高临床疗效，探讨中药方剂防治2型糖尿病慢性炎症的潜在科学内涵，为中药新药开发和临床应用提供依据。
Abstract:
Based on TCM theory on "Xiaoke" (diabetes), combined with modern medical research, the article expounds the pathogenesis of inflammation of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) from Yin deficiency and internal heat, Qi deficiency, blood stasis and phlegm-dampness; TCM therapies for chronic inflammation of T2DM adopt clearing heat and detoxifying, benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin, activating blood and resolving blood stagnation or removing damp and resolving phlegm as the main ones, acupuncture and massage therapy as adjuvant the rapies; the study and construction of treatment plan of chronic inflammation of T2DM is beneficial to further improvement of curative effects, the exploration into potential scientific connotations of the prevention and treatment of T2DM chronic inflammation with herbal prescriptions could provide the reference for the development and clinical application of new drugs.
