摘要:: 通过剖析国医大师王自立治疗惊悸的临床典型病例，梳理其基于心肾相交理论论治惊悸的经验。王自立认为，惊悸与心肾相交尤为密切，肾藏精，心藏神，精为阴，神为阳，心肾相交则阴阳相济。对于惊悸初期患者，王自立注重从心肾论治，主要以泻心火、益心气、滋肾阴、助肾阳及交通心肾为主，调理脾胃为辅；惊悸后期患者大多心气虚损，脾气不运，则药力无法被吸收，故注重从脾胃论治，王自立将“脾以运为健，以运为补”的思想贯穿于治疗惊悸的始终。

Abstract:: The article introduces national master of TCM Wang Zili’s experience in treating fright palpitations based on heart-kidney coordination by analyzing his typical clinical cases of treating fright palpitations. He holds that fright palpitations is closely related to heart-kidney coordination, kidney storing essence, heart storing spirit, essence belongs to Yin and spirit belongs to Yang, when heart and kidney interact, Yin and Yang complement each other. National master of TCM Wang Zili emphasizes the treatment from heart and kidney for the patients with early fright palpitations, mainly by purging heart fire, benefiting cardiac Qi, nourishing renal Yin, boosting renal Yang and heart-kidney interaction, regulating spleen and stomach as the adjuvant therapy; he values the treatment from spleen and stomach because most of the patients with advanced fright palpitations suffered the deficiency of cardiac Qi and transportation failure of spleen, and they are unable to absorb the drugs, his idea that "invigorating and tonifying spleen is to activate spleen" runs through the whole treatment of fright palpitations.
