摘要:
目的基于CiteSpace分析国内中医药治疗粉刺性乳痈的研究热点和发展趋势。 方法以中国知网数据库（CNKI）作为数据源，检索有关中医药治疗粉刺性乳痈的相关文献，将其导入CiteSpace可视化软件5.2.R1，分析该研究领域内研究作者、机构、关键词图谱。 结果1983年1月至2021年11月共纳入文献507篇，年度发文量逐年稳步提升，作者合作共现分析共有77个网络节点及82条连线，刘丽芳、刘胜等处于中心地位；机构共现分析共有139个网络节点及142条连线，以各地中医药大学附属医院为主要研究机构；关键词共现分析发现粉刺性乳痈的中医药治疗在未来仍有较大提升空间；2019年至今对该病研究的趋势及热点在临床疗效、数据挖掘等方面。 结论可视化分析可直观了解中医药治疗粉刺性乳痈的研究热点及研究趋势。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the research hotspots and developmental trends of TCM therapy of comedomastitis in China based on CiteSpace. MethodsThe relevant literature on TCM therapy of comedomastitis was searched from CNKI, and imported into CiteSpace 5.2.R1 software, to analyze the authors, institutions and the map of keywords in the field. ResultsThe study has included 507 papers from January, 1983 to November, 2021, and the number of annual publications is increasing steadily year by year, co-occurrence analysis of author co-operation reveals 77 network nodes and 82 connections, with Liu Lifang and Liusheng in the center; the institution co-occurrence analysis displays 139 network nodes and 142 connections, with affiliated hospitals of local universities of TCM as the main research institutions; keywords co-occurrence analysis presents that there is still room for the improvement in TCM therapy of comedomastitis in the future; from 2019 to now, the research hotspots and developmental trends of the disease lie in clinical effects and data mining. ConclusionVisualization analysis could directly display the research hotspots and developmental trends of TCM therapy of comedomastitis.
