摘要:
目的基于数据挖掘技术探讨桑寄生的用药规律和配伍特点。 方法检索2015年至2021年中国知网、万方、Rain Pat等数据库包含桑寄生的中药专利，利用中医传承辅助系统V2.50、SPSS Statistics 26和SPSS Modeler 18.0软件对专利进行系统处理，并对用药频次、药味和药性特点、药物归经、功效类别等进行分析。 结果共得到948个包含桑寄生的专利；与桑寄生配伍频次最多的中药为当归、川芎、甘草、杜仲、黄芪、红花等，药味以甘、辛、苦最常见，药性以温性居多，主要归肝经、肾经，功效分类多集中在补虚药和活血化瘀药；关联规则分析得到川芎-桑寄生、鸡血藤-桑寄生、当归-桑寄生等10个药物组合；含桑寄生的专利主治疾病最多的是痹证等病类和心系病类；聚类分析得到治疗痹证等病类的药物分为9类，治疗心系病类的药物分为8类。 结论通过数据挖掘技术分析出桑寄生在专利中的用药规律，对桑寄生的用药和新处方研发具有一定参考价值。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the medication rules and compatibility of Sangjisheng (Taxilli herba) based on data mining. MethodsTCM patents containing Sangjisheng were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, Rain Pat and others between 2015 and 2021, the patents were systematically managed using TCMISS V2.50, SPSS Statistics 26 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 for the analysis of the medication frequency, flavors, the characteristics of herbal nature, meridian tropism, efficacy and classification. ResultsAll 948 patents containing Sangjisheng were obtained; and the highest frequency herbs combined with Sangjisheng were Danggui (Angelicae sinensis radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma), Duzhong (Eucommiae cortex), Huangqi (Astragali radix) and Honghua (Carthami flos), most of them tasted sweet, acrid and bitter, of warm-natured, mainly entering the meridians of liver and kidney, and they were classified into the tonics and activating-blood and removing-stasis drugs; association rules has obtained ten drug combinations including Chuanxiong-Sangjisheng, Jixueteng (Spatholobi Caulis) -Sangjisheng, and Danggui -Sangjisheng; the indications that the patents were applied for contained Bizheng and the diseases related to heart; cluster analysis has gained nine kinds of herbs for Bi Zheng, and eight kinds of herbs for the diseases of heart. ConclusionThe medication rules of Sangjisheng applied in the patents analyzed by data mining could offer certain reference for the administration of Sangjisheng, the research and the development of new prescriptions.
