摘要:
《武威汉简》中“终古毋子治之方”是目前出土文献中最早记载的治疗男性不育症的中药复方。通过对其理法方药体系进行文献研究，探讨其组成与治则，并与现代中医治疗不育症的方药进行比对，发现该方言语虽简，却说明了男性不育症的主要致病因素；药味虽少，却包含滋阴清热、补益肝肾、利湿化痰的功效。该方所体现的治法至今仍是治疗男性不育症的重要方法，该方的流转传承，揭示了中医方剂学和中医男科学的发展历程。
Abstract:
"The prescription of sterility" from Wuwei Medical Bamboo Slips in Han Dynasty is the earliest recorded herbal compound for treating sterility among the excavation at present. The composition and therapeutic principles of the prescription are discussed through literature study on the system of principle-method-prescription-medicine, and the prescription is compared with the modern ones of treating sterility, the simple words of the prescription demonstrate the main pathogenic factors for sterility; small number of herbs could nourish yin and clear heat, benefit liver and kidney, eliminate the dampness and resolve the phlegm. Therapeutic method that the prescription embodied is the key method of treating sterility until now, the circulation and inheritance of the prescription reveals the development of TCM prescriptions and andrology of TCM.
