摘要:: 从沈括的从医动机和《苏沈良方》所载医方的特点入手，论述沈括与《苏沈良方》对医学的贡献，认为在社会和家庭等因素的影响下，沈括以济世救民为己任，踏入了医学领域。他以重实践、讲实效、求真实、寻创新的态度，广读医书、同民间劳动人民交流医学、积极参加医疗活动、继承和创新前人的医学知识、广收民间验方、编撰成《良方》一书。后人将苏轼医药之论附益其书之后，以《苏沈良方》流传后世。此书内容全面、载录的医方实用有效，对后世的影响颇深，不少医方至今仍广泛应用于临床中。

Abstract:: The contribution of Shen Kuo and Sushen Liangfang to traditional Chinese medicine was stated from Shen Kuo’s motivation to practice medicine and the characteristics of the prescriptions recorded in Sushen Liangfang. Under the influence of society and family, Shen Kuo entered the field of medicine with the respon-sibility of benefiting the world and the people. With an attitude of emphasizing practice, stressing actual effects, seeking truth and innovation, he wrote the book of Sushen Liangfang by widely reading medical books, exchanging medicine with working-class people, actively participating in medical activities, inheriting medical knowledge and collecting folk remedies. The book has been passed down to later generations after supplemented with Su Shi’s discussion on medicine. The book is comprehensive in content, and the medical prescriptions recorded are practical and effective, which has a profound influence on the later generation, some prescriptions have been widely applied in clinic until now.
