摘要:
从理、法、方、药探析中医“虚劳干血”证，并将“虚劳干血”与《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《温病学》中其他中医常见瘀血证作一比较，认为“虚劳干血”的病机重在“虚”，“干”为其病机发展变化关键。此证为久病、重病之证，缓中补虚为其主要治法，此法的内涵在于“缓攻”“缓补”，攻中有补，五脏同调，大黄undefinedundefinedundefined虫丸为其主方，临床应用较广泛。
Abstract:
The paper explores "chronic blood stasis arising from deficiency syndrome" in TCM from the principle, law, formula and medicine, comparing "chronic blood stasis arising from deficiency syndrome" with other common syndromes of blood stasis in Shanghan Lun (Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases), Jingui Yaolue (Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber) and Wenbingxue (Science of Febrile Diseases), the pathogenesis of "chronic blood stasis in deficiency syndrome" is "deficiency", and "chronic" is vital to the development of the pathogenesis. The syndrome manifests in prolonged and critical disease progression, alleviating the middle energizer and tonifying the deficiency is adopted as the main therapeutic method, and its connotation lies in "removing in a gentle manner" and "tonifying in a mild manner", removing while tonifying so as to regulate five viscera, Dahuang Zhechong pills, adopted as the main formula, is widely used in clinic.
