摘要:
目的探讨补阳还五汤加减联合通脑活络针刺疗法对急性缺血性脑卒中（acute ischemic stroke，AIS）患者神经功能及睡眠质量的影响。 方法将100例AIS患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组采用西医常规疗法，观察组在对照组基础上予补阳还五汤加减联合通脑活络针刺治疗，连续治疗14天后比较两组患者中医证候评分、神经功能［美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（national institute of health stroke scale，NIHSS）评分］、睡眠质量［匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）评分］以及血液流变学［全血高切黏度（ whole blood high shear viscosity，HSV）、血浆黏度（plasma viscosity，PV）］。 结果治疗后两组患者中医证候、NIHSS、PSQI评分、HSV、PV水平均降低（P＜0.05），观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论补阳还五汤加减联合通脑活络针刺疗法能改善AIS患者临床症状，有效修复受损神经，改善睡眠质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction joined with consciousness-restoring collateral-reinforcing needling on neurological function and quality of sleep in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS). MethodsAll 100 AIS patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each. The control group adopted conventional therapy of Western medicine, while modified Buyang Huanwu decoction and consciousness-restoring collateral-reinforcing needling were administered to the observation group, after treating for 14 days in a row, to compare TCM syndrome scores, neurological function (NIHSS scores), quality of sleep (PSQI scores) and blood rheology (HSV and PV) between the two groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, the reductions in TCM syndrome, NIHSS, PSQI scores, the levels of HSV and PV were found in the two groups (P<0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionModified Buyang Huanwu decoction joined with consciousness-restoring collateral-reinforcing needling could alleviate clinical symptoms, effectively repair nerve damage and boost sleep quality.
