摘要:
基于“湿郁”理论，结合现代医学研究成果，认为“球阀”“湿郁”是神经根鞘囊肿（nerve root sheath cyst，NRSC）形成机制的一体两面，二者互为表里，易在先天体虚的基础上导致积聚的发生。立足于“湿郁”理论和既往的临床实践，制定了三焦分消、以风胜湿、补脾固肾三大治法，以期为治疗NRSC提供中医药思路。
Abstract:
On the foundation of "dampness stagnation" theory, combined with research results of modern medicine, "ball valves" and "dampness stagnation" are the formation mechanisms of nerve root sheath cyst (NRSC), both interacting with each other, resulting in the occurrence of abdominal mass based on congenital weakness. Elimination from three energizers, clearing away the dampness with wind-dispelling medicine, invigorating spleen and consolidating kidney are established on the foundation of previous clinical practice in order to provide TCM ideas for the treatment of NRSC.
