摘要:
根据脉络学说“脉络-血管系统”理论及“营卫由络以通，交会生化”理论，结合现代医学病理生理研究，探析射血分数保留型心力衰竭的发病机制。认为气阳虚乏是射血分数保留型心力衰竭（heart failure with preserved ejection fraction，HFpEF）的始动因素，络瘀水停是HFpEF的关键病理环节，络息成积是HFpEF的病理结果，为防治射血分数保留型心力衰竭提供参考价值。
Abstract:
In light of "collateral-vascular system" theory in the theory of collaterals, and theory of "nutrient Qi and defensive Qi intersecting, generating and transforming by taking the collaterals as the path", in combination with modern medical pathophysiology research, we explored the pathogenesis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Deficiency of Qi and Yang acts as the initial factors of HFpEF, the stagnation of collateral and water retention works as the key pathological link of HFpEF, and obstruction of collaterals is the pathological outcome of HFpEF, all above could provide reference values for the prevention and treatment of HFpEF.
