摘要:
综述近十年仲景方剂防治原发性肝癌的临床及实验研究概况。发现仲景方剂与西医方法结合治疗能够更好地改善患者临床症状、提高生存质量、改善生化及免疫指标、稳定瘤体大小等。实验研究证实，仲景方剂能够抑制肝癌细胞增殖、诱导肝癌细胞凋亡、抑制肝癌血管生成、调节机体免疫环境等。此外，提出可扩大仲景方剂纳入范围，增加生存期等长期疗效观察指标，借鉴更多的分子生物学实验技术，增加样本量等建议。
Abstract:
The study reviewed clinical and experimental researches on Zhongjing prescriptions in the prevention and treatment of primary liver cancer (PLC). Zhongjing prescriptions could better improve patients’ clinical symptoms, boost survival quality, improve biochemical and immunological indicators and stabilize tumor size when combined with Western medicine. Experimental researches have proved that Zhongjing prescriptions could inhibit the proliferation of hepatoma carcinoma cells, induce the apoptosis, restrain hepatic carcinoma angiogenesis and regulate immune environment. In addition, the suggestions are made, such as expanding the inclusion of Zhongjing prescriptions, adding the observation indexes of long-term efficacy, including survival period, drawing lessons from more molecular biology experimental techniques, and increasing the sample size.
