摘要:
目的探讨火龙罐综合灸配合模块化膳食干预在急性脑梗死伴便秘患者中的应用价值。 方法回顾性分析60例急性脑梗死伴便秘患者的临床资料，分为对照组29例和观察组31例。对照组在常规治疗基础上接受模块化膳食干预，观察组在对照组基础上配合火龙罐综合灸治疗，两组均连续治疗7天。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后排便积分、排便间隔时间、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（National institute of health stroke scale，NIHSS）评分、脑卒中专用生活质量量表（stroke specific quality of life scale，SS-QOL）评分。 结果总有效率观察组［93.55%（29/31）］高于对照组［72.41%（21/29）］（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者排便积分降低、排便间隔时间缩短，且观察组变化程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者NIHSS评分均降低、SS-QOL评分均升高，且观察组变化程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论对于急性脑梗死伴便秘患者，应用火龙罐综合灸配合模块化膳食干预的疗效确切，能够减轻便秘程度，改善神经功能，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application value of fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion combined with modular dietary intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and constipation. MethodsClinical data of 60 patients with ACI and constipation were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were allocated to 29 cases in a control group and 31 cases in an observation group. The control group received modular dietary intervention based on conventional therapy, fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion was given to the observation group on the foundation of the therapy of the control group, and both groups were treated for seven consecutive days. To compare clinical effects, defecation integrals, the intervals between defecation, NIHSS scores, SS-QOL scores before and after the treatment between the two groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was [93.55%(29/31)], higher than [72.41%(21/29)] of the control group (P<0.05); after the treatment, defecation integrals decreased, and the intervals between defecation were shortened in the two groups, the changes of the observation group were greater than these of the control group (P<0.05); a decrease in NIHSS scores and an increase in SS-QOL scores were found in the two groups, and the changes of the observation group were more significant than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionFor patients with ACI and constipation, fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion combined with modular dietary intervention demonstrates definite clinical effects, it could relieve constipation, improve neurological function and lift quality of life.
